Accessory Returns:

New or Unused Accessories:

Accessories are eligible for a full refund if they meet the following criteria:

  • New condition

  • Must have all original packaging

  • Within 14 days of purchase

  • With proof of purchase (original purchase receipt either physical or digital); and 

  • Initial payment card. 

Accessories that have been opened or have broken seals – must be in the original condition they were received – and may be subject to a 40% restocking fee. Additional fees up to 10% may be added if any parts or items are damaged or missing.

Defective Accessories

Customers are entitled to a replacement for any defective products only during the manufacturers warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturers warranty return policy.

NOTE: Certain manufacturers require that the customer deal directly with the manufacturer directly regarding warranty claims for defective products.

Cannabis returns:

New or Unused product

Cannabis unopened, in its original packaging with an excise stamp intact is eligible for an exchange if it meets the following criteria:

  • Unopened in original packaging with excise stamp intact

  • Within 14 days of purchase

  • With original receipt / proof of purchase

  • Initial payment card. 

Cannabis products that have been opened or have broken seals are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Customers without their original receipt and proof of payment will not be eligible for refund. All refunds will be processed in the original payment method used.

Defective Product:

If the product is defective, please contact our store manager at Products that are considered “defective” may be eligible for a refund. A product is considered defective if:

  • It was expired at the time of purchase

  • There is mould, mildew, or contaminants present

  • Vape cartridges or disposables won’t pull due to faulty battery or other technology defect

    • Faulty vape cartridges or disposables with less than 50% of remaining product are not eligible for return.

    • Faulty vape cartridges or disposables purchased more than 14 days prior are not eligible for return. 

Cannabis returns are deemed defective on a case-by-case basis.
Cannabis seeds which are unsuccessfully cultivated are not eligible for return.

Returns Exceeding $400.00 CAD:

All returns exceeding $400.00 CAD must be processed through our payment processor Merrco. This process can take up to 48hrs to complete and to execute we will require your name and full payment information to open the investigation into the return. Thank you for helping us prevent fraud!
